This is One-on-One Athlete Coaching. This means you have a dedicated coach working directly with you to meet your goals. This 12-month beginner program includes the ProCoach app, an all inclusive nutrition and fitness education, accountability, and coaching platform, all as an added value to help us help you. Options for the program include training only, nutrition only, or both training and nutrition.

Am I an athlete? Maybe you don’t think so.. yet. To be human is to be mobile, active, and vibrant. If you’re a human being capable of eating, sleeping, and moving your body, you are an athlete, and this program is for you.

This is One-on-One Athlete Coaching. This means you have a dedicated coach working directly with you to evaluate your progress, adjust your nutrition, fine-tune your workouts, and help you maximize your budget and capabilities.  This 12-month beginner program includes the ProCoach app, an all inclusive nutrition and fitness education, accountability, and coaching platform, all as an added value to help us help you.

Nutrition: We focus on finding healthy foods you enjoy without strictly eliminating your favorite treats, and integrate those foods into a template that balances your nutrition habits. Through progression based learning and habit-forming your body composition and health will improve; and because we don’t follow one specific dietary template, your meals a year from now, will likely still include many of your favorite foods! Track your habits, learn about behaviors-based goal setting, and watch your body composition improve as you progress through the program.

Training: ProCoach makes your workouts simple. Select your available equipment, and, on any given day, the time you can commit to your workout, and the system does the rest. Receive customized workouts that you can complete at home or any gym, and work with your coach to make sure the program is working for you.

This is a 12-month beginner program with the option to include training, nutrition, or both, in any gym, or even at home. We include the ProCoach app, an all inclusive nutrition and fitness education, accountability, and coaching platform, all as an added value to assist us in helping you.
